With the January transfer window set to close in a few days time, there has already been a lot of activity on the transfer market.

After weeks of speculation, Cameroonian striker Souaibou Marou has reportedly landed in South Africa ahead of his blockbuster move.

He is set to link up with his new club Orlando Pirates and that alone is a sign of great things to come.

Pirates sent another forward Kwame Peprah out on loan last week. That was done as a strategic move to accommodate the Cameroonian.

The Cameroonian media highly rates Marou and he is set to add some serious fire power in the Pirates strike force.

“The Cameroonian striker is here in South Africa. He arrived in the country this week,” a source tells KickOff.

The source added that the striker arrived in the country on Monday and he has already undergone his medical.
