How In Other Countries they Deal With Young Man Behaviour

The Police Man appeared on the Video carrying a gun and we do not know where their story started but they were behind the white car. 


The young men were four and they might be trying to steal that car but the cop appeared. In the video what appears is a young man fighting with a cop and the cop took out his gun for him.


The four other young man didn’t fight or defend their mate but they were far watching him getting beaten by Police.
