In the early hours, people were shocked and scared after a truck coming from Botswana to Richards Bay exploded killing 9 people and others injured and taken to the hospital. After seeing this horrific incident people were curious wanting to know what happened to the driver but after seeing this truck people were sure that the driver was also dead.

To their surprise, the driver was not amongst the 9 people who died in that horrific accident. But eNCAnews gave an update about the driver and other people who were involved in the incident. At least nine people have been killed following the explosion

Many others, including a driver, were injured and hospitalized.

Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi says six firefighters were injured in the blaze.

The blast destroyed the railway, and road infrastructure and damaged OR Tambo Hospital. The Premier together with provincial and municipal authorities visited the scene earlier today.

Lesufi says the truck was transporting unidentified gas.

It’s a good thing that the driver made it, but by the look of things, he may face some serious changes following Eff’s statement. It is alleged that Eff demanded that the driver should be charged for what happened. Someone in the comments section wrote What’s all this nonsense about the EFF saying the trucking company should be charged over this incident, even though it’s an accident that was caused by the height of the underpass, far from being company negligence. The EFF clowns should rather focus on dirty games of politics instead. It suits them perfectly since intelligence is not necessarily a requirement over there.

But someone also commented saying they don’t have to blame the driver because the Driver warned those who were close to moving away. But people love content for Tik Tok they didn’t move away until the explosion. We can’t blame the driver. People should respect life more than social media, bystanders and content creators are becoming a problem in our society.
